Have you seen the Line or whatever it's called, the thing they're building in the desert? A massive wall like structure. Wide and tall. A train line all the way along it. Inside is office space, gyms and living space. All modern and eco friendly. Looks bloody awful. No room for creative people. Just futuristic work and living space for unimaginative androids.
Not to mention when people do move from the cities to country, they want to being the city with them.
